AIM messenger violates AdSense TOS

Just discovered that AIM occasionally displays Google AdSense ads in the IM above the fold. See the screenshot below:

I guess AOL’s just too large for Google to ban, think about the money they can earn from it. Or they might have had deals for an exception?

    What do you mean “May have a deal with Google?” Of course they do.
    They are a Search Partner and of course they are a Premium Adsense Partner.
