I'm having some HTML or CSS problem at here: http://www.hostingkids.com/host/rackspace.com-cloud/

Please hard refresh in your browser and as the website thumbnail image is being loaded, the element is actually a lot wider than what I specify for the width property:

Code:
width="176px" style="width:176px;"
I suppose the correct behavior should be that the element width is no wider than what I specify in the width property even when the image is still being loaded and not completely rendered, right?

But apparently it's not working as I suppose. Please see attached.

Any idea why it's happening?
